She knows the correct answer of 10 questions, and for the remaining 10 questions, she chooses the options at random. Assume that all the questions are independent. Find the probability that she will score more than 18 marks in the exam.

Past experience shows that 5%, 4% and 2% of the cricket balls produced by these companies are defective respectively. If a cricket ball was found to be defective, what is the probability that the cricket ball was supplied by Dukes?
